BP4 #999

Norfolk Southern BP4 #999 is a battery powered switching locomotive. This unit was bulit at the Juniata Locomotive Shops in Altoona, Pennsylvania. This unit is based out of Altoona but travels to other places around the system so that Norfolk Southern can show off their work and show that it really does work.
