Conrail GP38-2 Class

Conrail had gotten 223 GP-38-2's from Penn Central, but the government gave Lehigh Valley's geeps to the D&H Railroad. Between 1977 and 1979 Conrail had purchased new GP-38-2's which took CR 7940-8281.
